Pay per page. Anti-bot routing billed separately, only when you use it. No setup fees, no annual lock-in.
All tiers include the full API surface. Limits enforce server-side with Retry-After headers; no surprise bills.
Pages and anti-bot are metered separately. Direct fetch is essentially free; anti-bot routes carry the per-page cost from the upstream proxy network plus our margin.
| Tier | Direct page overage | Anti-bot page overage | Extra monitor |
|---|---|---|---|
| Indie | $0.001 / page | $0.002 / page | $1 / mo |
| Agency | $0.0008 / page | $0.0015 / page | $1 / mo |
| Studio | $0.0006 / page | $0.001 / page | $1 / mo |
Honest math: a 100k-page month at Agency tier = $99 base. A 600k-page month with 100k via anti-bot = $99 + (100k × $0.0008 direct overage) + (100k × $0.0015 anti-bot) = $99 + $80 + $150 = $329.
A single crawl of a 200-page docs site is one API call to us. Per-call pricing would charge you for 200 pages no matter how small they are. Per-byte means a small page costs a fraction of a cent and a 5MB image-heavy page costs more — which matches reality.
Anti-bot routing is the one place we pass through upstream cost (proxy + headless browser) with a small margin. We tell you the per-call cost in the response so there are no surprises.
Email hello@crawlcrawl.com with your project name. We mint a key and reply within 24h. Self-signup with Stripe lands later this quarter.
We return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. Your client honours it; no traffic gets dropped silently. Daily caps reset at UTC midnight; monthly caps at the 1st.
No. Use them or lose them. Tier upgrade applies immediately and is prorated.
Any request you make with cloud_mode set to auto, unblocker, or browser. With auto, we only escalate to anti-bot when direct fetch hits a bot wall (403/429/503/CF challenge), so you only pay the anti-bot rate when needed.
Not today. We manage the upstream relationship so you don't have to.
Not today. If you have a real need, email us.
Roadmap. We'll support custom DPAs for Studio tier on request.
Free tier needs no card. Upgrade emails go to a human, not a chatbot.
